The Refuge Chef designs individual menus for every event that flows with the seasons and what is bountiful and available at the local farms we partner with. We work with local farmers and ranches to bring you the freshest possible ingredients, direct from the source, a true farm to fork experience. And all of our onsite events use our in-house expert event stylist to make your vision of a perfect meal a reality.
