Buffalo Chicken (Keto)

An easy lunch for anyone on the go!

 

8oz Roasted Chicken

2 Tbsp Frank's Hot Sauce

1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar

 

1) Place all the ingredients in a tuperware and pack it away for your lunch

2) Remove the lid and microwave on high for 1:30 or just eat it cold.

You could add some tasty cooked bacon for even more flavor. It's quick and simple and really filling
