Motivation Monday
Holy Shit, did I wake up motivated this morning. The sun was barely peaking up over the horizon and I was wide awake thinking. Thinking about you.
Yup. YOU! I am focused on you. I’m here to help you. I’m here to help you be the best version of yourself. I want you to succeed. I want you to get what you want out of this life. I want you to be happy. I want you to be healthy. I want to see you smile. I want to hear about you waking up in the morning and feeling awesome. Loving yourself, who you are, and where you are going in life.
I’m here to help you make that happen.
Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try.
What accomplishment do you want to achieve? What do you want to make happen for yourself? Do you want to lose weight? Get in shape? Be healthier? Have less body fat? Eat better? Eliminate the ‘bad food’ cravings? Be the best version of yourself?
I want all of those. I want to achieve all of that. I want you to achieve all of that. I want to be there with you every step of the way to help you make it happen for yourself. You can do it. I know you can.
So today is the day. Today you can make that decision to start. Take that first step. Let’s do it.
The first step is awareness. You need to be aware of what you’re doing before you can set goals, make a plan, and take action. Before anything, you need to understand what you are eating on a daily basis. To get a food log from all you need to do is fill out the subscription block below and I will send you the .pdf file of our food log. Print it out and fill out each day of the week. You need to be as specific as possible. Start here.
